How to have your equipment warranty repaired?

The Admission Point is a place where you can personally submit your equipment for repair and collect it afterwards. Thanks to this, we have a possibility of determining exactly what the fault is and provide faster and professional service. An additional advantage of visiting our website is the possibility of getting acquainted with the current offer of Samsung products.

Warranty repairs

In order to use the warranty service, you must have: a valid and correctly filled warranty card for the advertised product along with proof of purchase (applicable for products intended for the Polish market).

Post-warranty repairs

The post-warranty repair service is based on the technician’s assessment of the degree of product damage, detecting the components requiring replacement, and the determination of further proceedings. The cost of assessing the difficulty of repair is PLN 45 gross. After the consent of the equipment owner for commencing the paid repair, this amount is included in the final cost of the post-warranty repair service.

We encourage you to use our service. We provide professional assistance in the scope of both warranty service and post-warranty service of SmartGPS navigation.

You have several options to transfer the damaged product for warranty repair:

Using this option, you are guaranteed that your equipment will end up in an appropriate service point – you can give it and pick it up in a convenient location closest to your home. The service team will complete an application form for you and handle all formalities.

Bringing the equipment for repair to the 4cv Sales Point (Admission Point)

Admission Point is a place where you can personally give and pick up your navigation. By handing the equipment personally, you can show us what the defect is about and count on faster service. An additional advantage is the opportunity to get acquainted with the current offer of SmartGPS brand products as well as many other manufacturers whose assortment can be found on site.

To obtain warranty service, you must have:

An original and correctly completed warranty card and proof of purchase.

Non-warranty repairs

In case of such repairs, after handing navigation to us, we make a cost estimate, contact you by phone or email and the repair is carried out after your acceptance.

Price lists are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66, parish 1 of the Civil Code.

To open the price list, Adobe Reader or another PDF program is required.

Navigation is accepted for repair from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
