- Fill in all required fields.
- In the place of purchase field, select "PL 4cv", and in the order number field, enter your invoice number (if you do not have the invoice, we can provide a duplicate).
- Attach a photo of the defect (if you do not have one, upload a blank file or any photo — the service requires a file to be attached).
- Save your complaint number and download the report (we recommend including it in the package).
Within up to 2 business days, you will receive a courier label by email. Then visit the carrier’s website and fill in the details to arrange the courier pickup: https://wwwapps.ups.com
Cecotec Service

- Register your request through a user account or use the simplified form without registration.
- When submitting a complaint, remember to print the service label with the order number or write the number by hand on the package.
