The Drop-off Point is a place where you can leave your device for repair and collect it afterward. This is how we can determine the nature of the issue and provide faster, professional service. An additional benefit of visiting our service center is the opportunity to get familiar with the latest Samsung product offerings.

Warranty Repairs
To benefit from warranty service, it is recommended to attach proof of purchase to the product being complained about.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
The out-of-warranty repair service includes a technician’s assessment of the damage, identification of components requiring replacement, and determination of further action.
The cost of the repair assessment is PLN 60 gross.
If the device owner agrees to proceed with the paid repair, this amount is deducted from the final out-of-warranty repair cost.
During post-warranty repairs, we do not delete user data unless necessary!

Maintenance Mode is a feature that allows you to safely submit your phone or tablet for service while protecting private data such as photos and messages.
This function enables technicians to repair your smartphone or tablet while safeguarding your private data, including photos, messages, and apps. Importantly, the mode not only protects your files but also ensures they remain intact after repair — unless their removal is necessary (e.g., in the case of a mainboard replacement).

Check if your Samsung supports Maintenance Mode
Before deciding on a repair at 4cv, check whether your Samsung smartphone or tablet supports Maintenance Mode. This feature is available on newer models such as Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy A53, Samsung Galaxy A54. If your phone has the latest software version installed, Maintenance Mode should be available.

How to enable Maintenance Mode before visiting the Service Center
Before enabling Maintenance Mode, we recommend creating a backup of your personal data in case it needs to be deleted or the device reset due to an unintended incident or component replacement (such as a mainboard replacement during repair).
Enabling Maintenance Mode is simple and takes only a moment:
Maintenance mode protects user privacy but does not prevent data loss in the event of a motherboard replacement or software update. It is strongly recommended to back up your data before repair, if possible.

How to disable Maintenance Mode after repair
After your repair at 4cv is completed, disabling Maintenance Mode is just as simple:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Go to Device Care.
- Tap Turn off Maintenance Mode and restart the device.
After restarting, your data will be restored, and you will regain full access.
